Liquid White is one of three Bob Ross Liquid Basecoats essential to the Bob Ross Wet-on-Wet Technique®. The Bob Ross Wet-on-Wet Technique is dependant upon a wet surface to work into. Liquid White is a slow drying oil paint designed to provide a proper oil painting surface. Liquid White is also used to thin other oil colours for application over thicker paint.
