Neocolor II Aquarelle are water-soluble wax pastels for dry or wet drawings on any type of material (paper, cardboard, glass, wood, leather, fabric, stone). Suitable for techniques such as watercolour, coating, glazing, scraping, soaking, ink-wash, monotype, solid painting, rainbow technique, application on light pane and more.
Each pastel gives superior covering power and contain a high concentration of extra fine pigments with excellent lightfastness.
